About the event
Prerequisites :
This course requires you to be already trained with the basics of aquatic bodywork. Good knowledge of Watsu 1 and 2 or equivalent classes is a prerequisite.
The principles :
Eastern philosophy and more particularly Taoism uses the diagrams of the 5 elements and the Yin / Yang as a principle, a grid to decipher the world in general and certain behaviors in particular. The use and understanding of the 5 elements grid will provide a basis and additional tools to nourish the art of the practitioner of Watsu.
Five ways of approaching the body in the water according to the reactions of the receiver in the water are learned.
